PET COLLECTION & DROP-OFF SERVICE:

Before booking your pet in to board with us, we require an up-to-date vaccination card. For dogs, proof of kennel cough vaccination is essential (administered no less than 14 days before your dog's stay). We will only ever agree to board animals that arrive to us in good health.
In order to confirm any booking, we require a 25% deposit of the full quoted amount, paid by bank transfer. Any remaining payment must be paid via cash upon drop off or by bank transfer beforehand. All pricing for kennels, cattery and pet grooming includes VAT.
As part of your booking, we will supply bed, bedding, bowls and toys. We require you to supply us with your pet's food and medication (if necessary). Any medication will be administered as instructed by the owner, though we are unable to accept liability for adverse reactions or incorrect administration or instruction.
All pets that board with us will be covered under our insurance policy. For further details regarding our insurance, please contact us.
Our drop-off and collection times are between 10:00 and 19:00. We are closed to the public outside of these times and you will be subject to a charge of one extra day's boarding for your pet if you fail to collect them upon the agreed date and within the aforementioned times.
Your pet's health is our top priority. In the event that any pet falls ill, we will contact you promptly as well as liaising with our kennel vet. For serious cases of illness, we have a long-standing relationship with a local mobile veterinarian who would visit us urgently.
